רינט ביקטשב הוא מנצח מקצועי בעל ניסיון רב בתיאטרון מוזיקלי, אופרה והופעות קונצרטיות.
עבודתו משלבת הכשרה אקדמית מעמיקה עם ניסיון מעשי רב־שנים במוסדות תיאטרון וחינוך.
הוא עבד עם תזמורות מקצועיות, מקהלות והרכבים קוליים, והשתתף בהפקות תיאטרליות מרכזיות, תוכניות קונצרטים ופרויקטים חינוכיים.
ניסיון מקצועי
2017–2022 — Ryazan Regional Musical Theater Conductor
- Leading and supervising rehearsals and performances.
- Arranging regular maintenance for all musical instruments.
- Developing and executing strategies to promote bands’ music and brand image.
- Assessing rhythm, tone, voice, and skills of musicians.
- Planning performances with platform constraints and resources.
- Ensuring band members are aware of responsibilities and timing.
Achievements: scheduled regular staff meetings with feedback; held auditions and assigned parts.
2014–2015 — Moscow Regional Philharmonic Hall Chief Conductor, Chamber Orchestra “Instrumental Capella”
- Creating suitable formations for rehearsals and performances.
- Conducting auditions to identify and select suitable members.
- Scheduling rehearsals and ensuring attendance.
- Directing orchestra members during performances to achieve desired sound.
- Deciding on appropriate musical pieces for venue and occasion.
Achievements: provided guidance on tone, pitch, rhythm, tempo and harmony.
2012–2015 — Moscow State Conservatory Choir Teacher

ניסיוני המקצועי כולל פיתוח הבנה והערכה מוזיקלית, לצד הוראה של היבטים טכניים במוזיקה ובשירה מקהלתית. חשיפה מעמיקה לכל תחומי עבודת המנצח הקנתה לי יכולות ביקורתיות, טכניות ויצירתיות הנדרשות לעבודה בסביבה דינמית ואינטנסיבית.
במהלך עבודתי פיתחתי הבנה עמוקה של צרכי עמיתיי והסטודנטים עמם עבדתי, דבר המאפשר לי להיות קשוב ומדויק בתהליכי עבודה משותפים.
לאורך שנות עבודתי רכשתי מיומנויות גבוהות בניהול קשרים בין-אישיים ובבניית מערכות יחסים מקצועיות ופוריות. בתפקידי כמנהל מוזיקלי וכמנצח ראשי עבדתי עם מבצעים מוכשרים רבים, וסייעתי להם ביישום מדויק של עבודתם, דבר שתרם לשיפור כולל של תהליכי העבודה בהרכב.
תחת הנהגתי שיתפה מקהלת האקדמיה לאמנות המקהלה פעולה עם תזמורות ותיאטראות מובילים, בהם התזמורת הפילהרמונית הלאומית של רוסיה, התזמורת הסימפונית הגדולה על שם צ'ייקובסקי, תיאטרון "האופרה החדשה" במוסקבה, התזמורת הסימפונית האקדמית על שם סבטלנוב וכן התזמורת הפילהרמונית של לונדון.
בנוסף לאמור לעיל, אני מנהיג בעל חשיבה אסטרטגית, לומד במהירות, מסתגל למצבים חדשים, נוטל אחריות ויודע לעבוד הן באופן עצמאי והן כחלק מצוות.
את משימותיי אני מבצע ברמה מקצועית גבוהה. מטרתי הנוכחית היא להשתלב בתפקיד שיאפשר לי להרחיב את ניסיוני ואת תחומי האחריות המקצועית שלי.
אני מאמין בשאיפה למצוינות ותמיד הקדשתי את כישוריי היצירתיים להשגת תוצאות אמנותיות משמעותיות. ניסיוני מוכח בעשייה ובהישגים בפועל.
