1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Rinat Biktashev, operating as a sole proprietor (עוסק פטור), Registration No. 346940158, Address: HaOren 27, Tzurit, Israel, 2010400, Email: legacy@biktashev.online, Phone: +972552612640 (hereinafter — the “Service Provider”), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Client”).
By using the website, requesting services, or entering into an individual agreement, the Client agrees to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Service Provider provides services related to website and online service development, automation of digital and educational processes, technical support of online projects, and consulting in the field of digital solutions.
The specific scope, timelines, and fees are determined in an individual agreement or written arrangement.
3. Nature of Services
Services are of a consulting and technical nature. The Service Provider does not guarantee any commercial, financial, or other specific results unless expressly stated in a written agreement. The Service Provider guarantees proper performance of obligations in accordance with agreed terms.
4. Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer and/or through Allpay and Bit payment systems. Payment terms are specified in the individual agreement.
5. Refunds
Refunds are possible only by written mutual agreement of the parties and taking into account services already rendered. No automatic or unconditional refunds are provided.
6. Liability
The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service. The Service Provider is not liable for actions of third parties or failures of external services.
7. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including war, terrorist acts, missile attacks, mobilization, and emergency actions by Israeli authorities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Israel.
